One advisor, one family
You work with the same advisor from the first meeting through enrollment. Nothing is handed off to a junior associate.
Career first, college second
A school is a means, not an end. We define the destination before we argue about the route.
Written, not verbal
Every engagement produces a dated, written plan your family can hold us to — and revisit each quarter.
Honest scope
If your student does not need a service, we say so. We would rather sell a smaller engagement than an unnecessary one.
The practice

Our advisors come from admissions offices, workforce development, and school counseling. That combination is deliberate: it means we understand how applications are actually read, and what the labor market does with a degree once it is earned.
We keep our caseload deliberately small so that every family gets real attention. When the calendar is full, we say so rather than stretch.
